Roanna LaGreide
Roanna offers over 25 years of experience in affordable housing, from community revitalization centered around commercial redevelopment, to overseeing fast-paced affordable housing lease-ups successfully and quickly. She knows how to deliver on tax credit goals, and how to manage extremely complex affordable housing compliance portfolios. Roanna is also an expert in supporting pre-development work including maximizing NOI through detailed leverage of compliance requirements and has overseen facility and supportive service teams with a focus on greater resident engagement and overall housing stability.
