About Us
Affordable Community Solutions is an Oregon certified Women Business Enterprise (WBE) and Emerging Small Business (ESB). Collectively we have more than 50 years of diverse real estate and non-profit affordable housing experience, with a focus on project operations, regulatory compliance, lease-ups, and asset management support for affordable housing.
We have a long history of collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including social service providers, funders and investors, local and Federal agencies, partner organizations and community elements like neighborhood associations. Our work has involved partnership with a wide range of affordable housing owners and developers – from non-profit to for-profit – including specialized work supporting efforts to end homelessness and provide supportive pathways for those recovering from addiction and mental health challenges.
